*Yes, we do charge for travel outside of the West Michigan area. For any event located more than 1 hour from Holland MI, we apply the standard IRS mileage rate to cover gas and travel expenses.

*If we’re contracted to stay late for teardown or attend a ceremony rehearsal the day before, we kindly require a hotel stay to ensure we can be fully present and rested for your event.
